Dear Sheridan Road Resident, [sent October 31, 2007]
The most important component of our property value is our lake. How we relate to it affects our quality of life, taxes, and assessments. We pay a high property tax for living along the lake - the question is do we get our money's worth?
We are presenting a series of ideas to you on three Saturdays in November. We hope that you will attend and give us your ideas, too.
Sheli Lulkin
ASCO President
