Michael Kim is one of the leading Illinois Attorneys practicing in the field of community association and real property law. He serves as the Legal Counsel for the Association of Sheridan Road Condo/Co-op Owners.
Kim is the current Legislative Liaison for the Chicago Bar Association's Condominium Law Subcommittee, of which he was previously its Chairman. He is a past President of the Community Associations Institute - Illinois Chapter and a former member of the Board of Governors of the national College of Community Association Lawyers. He is an adjunct professor at the John Marshall Law School, where he has taught a masters level course on condominium and homeowner association law. With thirty years experience in dealing with condominium issues, Kim has actively monitored and opined on condominium legislation and has been a frequent speaker for a wide variety of recognized organizations, as well as a commentator sought out by the media
